Haneefah Muhammed
Haneefah is a Soul Empowerment Coach and also has 20+ years experience of work in mental health and social care. She believes coaching is an ‘inside-out job’ – connecting with our inner ‘knowing’ to improve relationships with the outer world. Haneefah believes her personal experience of childhood illness and family breakdown helps her work empathically with clients struggling with anxiety and low self-worth.
Haneefah runs workshops for businesses and organisations. She promotes mental and physical wellbeing to improve self-awareness and relationships. Her programme ‘Speaking With Soul’ is for organisations and businesses who want to have ‘soulful-not-salesy’ conversations and be more authentic and relaxed when sharing their message.
Haneefah is a Performance Poet and an author. Her books are The A-Z of Stress. Solutions with tips for taking care of our health and wellbeing. My Soul Purpose is a collection of poems about topics like social justice and spirituality. She has co-authored 2 further books – Life Inna Lockdown 2020 and Emergence with ordinary women sharing their extraordinary stories using poetry.
Haneefah has lived in Luton for 20 years. She contributes to the community through the arts and involvement in local women’s groups and mental health services.
