Amena Rawr

I am a 24 year old beauty and mental health blogger, a mental health advocate, make-up artist (MUA), poet/writer, Youtuber and teacher.

I have started my own journey to self-love and I encourage others to truly find themselves after experiencing a difficult period in their lives.

I consider myself to have a very bubbly personality which has led me to find a deep passion about self-love and inner self-confidence to help inspire others, after experiencing some difficult situations in life whilst growing up. I have hosted many events supporting female empowerment since I was 16 years old.  I started hosting my first few events in summer schools in Luton, where I discussed celebrating achievements and represented young children including children with special needs (SEN) and their talents in progress.

I have featured in the radio show Inspire FM, as the events co-ordinator to represent Pink Diamond Martial Arts Luton in 2018. The most important aspect of what I discussed was how to gain self-confidence through self-defence. I have also featured in British Muslim TV, in partnership with Pink Diamond Martial Arts in June 2019.

In May 2020, when we experienced our first lockdown, I featured in Revoluton Arts where I vlogged (video diary) my personal experience during that period of time and how significant it is to look after your own mental health especially during lockdown. In August 2020, I worked in partnership with Boots UK London, for a campaign that promoted positive lifestyle & well-being called BOOTS REBOOT 2.0.

Nevertheless, raising awareness regarding mental health and how to gain self-confidence and self-love, has truly driven me to inspire others to rise from the ashes from hopefully a negative mindset and into a positive one!

We aim to empower 1000 women to ‘climb their mountain’ so that they break down their barriers and reclaim their power. Join us. For more details about how we can help you to ‘climb your mountain’ – check out our free events here.
